mine is a alpina unaviel 1989 mountian but the speedo is a sun lite pra 19.78 go to jrabs.com go to products then electronice then to page 6 and allmost to the end
i can get up to 30 mph on her

But a quick search of "analog speedometer" on google/ebay/amazon will give you plenty of results, some cheaper than others.

beware of the plastic gears inside that speedo,,,
they tend to strip teeth and give erratic readings
