I'm in Cohoes, and ride all my 2stroke motobycles, everywhere to Latham, green island, Watervliet and so on
As long as you are not obnoxious and obey all traffic laws, they do not bother you as long as it is a functioning bicycle on top of the motor you are fine and in that perfect legal Gray area.I've been riding these bikes out here for almost years.With police interaction
