As far as i know 700 is the same as 28". got t be careful not to fold a bigger tub in smaller tire.......Curt

Technically, no. 700c and 27.5 are usually interchangeable when it comes to skinny road bike tires.

But, I've used 16" tubes in 20" tires back in my bmx racing days when trying to save those last few ounces on a race bike.

Main problem now, is today's Chinese tubes suck.
