a tax credit for 2- and 3-wheel electric vehicles ?

Every mile I put on my motorized bicycles for work purposes I document in my log book & claim for mileage deduction on my tax return. 2012 I did just under 1000 miles but only started counting since Oct 8...
2013 will be alot more ;)
