99cc predator throttle cable?

I'm currently working on a rear-mounted Predator build right now - so far, I've got the rack built, the engine mounted, the clutch installed, the sprocket mounted and the jackshaft half-installed.

Once I get the drivetrain done, the last thing I need to get is the throttle - but alas, there are no throttle cable mounts or anything on the Predator. How have you guys set up your throttle cables and what parts did you use?

Here's my bone simple method 600 miles so far.
First I removed the fricton throttle lever.
Then I took the stock spring and hooked it towards the pto side of the engine, to pull the throttle shut.
Then I wire clamped the cable housing to the bike frame, close to the carb.
I then connected the cable end to the linkage with a slightly loose saftywire loop, in the hole next to the original throttle rod.

I did nothing internaly to the govenor and it causes no interference at all.
It's been a while since I did this but I think I remember rounding out a "D shaped hole on the bellcrank attachment hole with a dremel, to allow the linc to be independant of the govenor. Can't check mine until I get home this weekend.

Hmm, interesting. Seems like there's a near infinite amount of creative solutions for hooking one of these up - I guess it depends on the application.
