56 Tooth Rear Sprocket

What would the approximate top speed and cruise be with the China 2 stroke and 56 tooth Dax rear sprocket. I need a good "hill bike".

Assuming that it is a bike with 26" diameter wheels, and a stock kit:

18-19 MPH cruise

25 MPH flat out
