50cc 2hp stroke engine kit

i'm looking for a > or = 50cc motor for my cruiser bicycle to commute to work and school, work 3 miles, school 11 miles.

I live in California for some shipping problems, and I am new to this and was wondering if you guys had any pointers for this new guy.

As far as I know... I read nothing about not selling to californians.
He even has a 2 stroke motor that make 3hp
And he offer great customer support and service.
