4G converted to BELT drive?

Just so theres no confusion heres a pic of what Im talking about. Im thinking about this for my unfinished BTR build. I really have no complaints with my EZM and would do it again but Im thinking after seeing Phantom Bikes builds that the 4G is more amenable to being vintage-a-fied ( its a word because I say so) for apperence on a Faux 1906 ish build. And, Im really likiing my belt final drive on the Twin. Any thoughts on this?

The O.D. on the shaft where the freewheel 11T/12T sprocket fits on a 100/12 is: .415"
That should help for pulley ID.
 
when calculating ratios,
remember to deduct .15" from pulley diameter for how the belt rides inside the pulley ;)
