Hi I've recently gotten into the motorized bike scene and currently have 2 bikes a 4 stroke and a 2 stroke. Currently I'm having an issue with the tension of the chain on my 4 stroke. I tried removing one of the links to fix the extreme looseness but if I remove anymore the two sides wont connect. I know I can pull the back tire back more but I really don't have much more room to do that so I was wondering if anyone had any other recommendations. Might be on here with another question soon as I just replaced the carburetor on my 2 stroke but am having issues with clutch and getting it to disengage. Thanks so much in advance! Pictures attached.

up north now
Clutch ish- Loosen the cable ferrule, pull the slack out of the cable, re-tighten the ferrule.
