410 vs 415 Chain / Info

Looking for some info on Chain Size / Sprocket Size . I am getting ready to order my Rear Wheel and Sprocket it calls for a 415 Chain . Now the Engine Kit that I ordered is a Super Rat 66cc and it comes with a 410 Chain . I am thinking that Clutch gear will not match up to a 415 Chain . Now is the 415 chain just heavier but measures out the same between Links or is it a Wider Link ? Also I have a 97cc 4 Stroke Engine off a Mini Bike that Clutch has a 3/8" Link Spacing I think it was a 315 Chain ? would that work with the 415 Bike Sprocket ? Sorry for all the Questions I just want to have more info before I start ordering Gears and Chains .

The link spacing is the same for the 410 and 415 chain.
The rollers are 1/2" apart.
The 410 chain is 1/8 inch narrower than the 415 chain.
The first number in the chain size signifies the spacing between links in 1/8 inch increments. The "4" means 4/8 or 1/2" spacing.
Any chain size starting with a 3 means 3/8" spacing between rollers.

i have the wider 415. it is technically too wide for both sprockets.
i does work great for me & haven't had any problems since i put it on.
i don't use an idler pulley either.
i had tons of problems with the stock idler pulley & bike chains before upgrading.
i might try 410 when i feel like dropping 30$ for a larger chain breaker than i have already.
 
Both the #41 and the 415 chain are a direct swap for the 410. I ran a 410 that was supplied with the kit and I went through about 4 chains before switching to the #41. Since the switch I haven't had to replace the chain once.
