4 stroke engine, will not start, need help (video)

So i just bought these two minibikes for 250 alltogether, and they both seem to have the same problem.

The engines have oil, gas, spark, and combustion, but when i pull start, they just don't seem to kick into gear.

any help?

From your vid, it would appear that the engine spins too freely, and offers no resistance,as if there is no compression.
 
I concur with rohmell. It shouldn't spin over like that if it's got compression. Possibilities are stuck valves, missing spark plug, or a holed piston.
 
Alright, so it doesn't have compression, it does backfire though. I was thinking about cracking it open to check out the piston rings maybe.
