4 stroke Chain keeps jamming

I have a 4 stroke engine kit that I put on a 27" huffy beach cruiser I got the engine kit from bikeberry.com
My bike will crank with no problem and I can drive for a while but all of a sudden the chain keeps jamming makes the back wheel completely stop what should I do?? Anybody?? I'm new to the forum

make sure all chaons are aligned properly. straight chains are happy chains
