RED MEAT!......I just had a colonoscopy and the doc said to cut down on red meat. What does he know? He probably owns stock in a veggie farm

I'm a meatarian by choice. The way I figure it, animals eat plants and I eat animals. I'm getting plant foods in my diet via proxy- the animal.
