3000km trip around B.C. Canada - electric bike!

Local kid builds an electric bike and cruises over 3000KM around B.C. Canada in 30days, in 2010. Starting in the central interior @ Vanderhoof, going northwest to Prince Rupert, then taking a ferry to Vancouver Island. He then takes a ferry to the mainland and travels north, back to Vanderhoof. This is quite the trip!

It was not my trip, it's a local kid (literally, a teenager) from my home town. I spoke with him a few weeks ago. He said he charged every chance he could get, at gas stations or what have you. "Every time I bought beef jerky or something, I would find a place to plug in," he said. The ferry has plug-ins too.
