3,400+ miles on a 2020 Onyx RCR

So just checking in with everyone and I gotta say +3k miles on a factory built ONYX RCR with no regrets other then not buying one sooner.
I've replaced two tubes, a controller, dc/dc converter and alarm module. So far so good, but I am currently having issues finding a replacement part for my front caliper break rendering my bike invalid until I can either replace the caliper or pin i wrecked while attempting to change my break pads. I just received bad news from partzilla that they no longer have the available part to replace and I am up a tree part # 3XG-F5926-01-00 BOLT (Yamaha)

Any recommendations?

On a positive note at least ya learned what not to do when changing the (break) BRAKE PADS

Alen keys on integral parts like caliper slide pins are ridiculous, ended up buying a ton of tools eventually just to drop $56 on treats.tv for a whole new caliper. Still waiting to hear back from vince at onyx-motorbikes to see if I could mooch a replacement pin. I've dropped too much money on the bike and need to be able to commute on it again, let alone move my gear/computers/tools to our new house were building. Things are actually looking up now that i've been consistently working for the same bio-medical company for the last five years.

My work also allows me to bring my bike indoors and top up the battery while i work so **** yess. Now if I could only get some solar panels installed on work roof that be peachy!

If ya got the axle nuts not staying tight issue hit me up. I sell these torque arm plates for onyx with a phase wire relief ground in on one side.

Shout out to Tony! I've seen your axel nut stays in the onyx facebook forums. hopefully after I get moved ill be able to order a set from you. Do you have any options for the cable spacer? the tin can metal of the stock one sucks, Im on my second backup sensor wires, and about ready to tear my motor down to install kevlar sleeves after I fix my sensor wire's.

Got my new caliper, now I hopefully can stop.

Damn that’s rough. I might have read somewhere you could get the updated spacers from onyx if you have an older one. Could machine you one if not... think I could sell them?

Ok, well I have around 4450 hours on my Robin Subaru 35. All I've ever replaced is the fuel filter and spark plug. I did change the non-adjustable carburetor out for an adjustable carburetor.
