270 km race ! non motor

Wow ! the ultraman bike race this last Sunday in Penticton was 270 kms (about 160 miles) I would not be able to do this even on my motorized bike as there are lots of hills and heavy traffic. Not sure if they could walk after either ! what is the most mileage you have done in one day ?

Without pedals? 63.2 miles last summer. That was using a GPS. I am 48 years old and have a heart condition. I averaged 12 mph for the ride.
