26X4.0 Road tires

26" x 4.0" bicycle road tires would be insane! :)

2.5" Maxxis Hookworm's fit on 4" wide rims as very cool low profile tires or
on 3" wide rims as a higher profile. Lots of racers are using these combo's.

Fat bike street tread tires are usually made for smaller than 26" rims because
they end up as 29" in diameter.

I found something interesting. I got the fat tire setup originally because i wanted a tire that would take cracks, small bumps and just in general ****ty roads a bit better. I didn't want knobbie tires because they would wear out quickly, and ride differently than a nice set of road tires. I'm not a racer, but i'm looking for a good set of road tires that capitalize on the softness of the fat tire. then again i will be running 212cc Predator. haha

I doubt if that 26 is a bicycle rim size and they are $191 tires!

They carry what you desire but they might be out of business????? Been waiting to order for 3mts. Ordered a few yrs ago and was happy with the order. I got a set of 20x4 rims tires and tubes with trike axles.

I'm actually looking for 26X4 as opposed to 20x4. but thanks for the response, the thought counts. I had seen their site earlier but didn't find what i was looking for.
