2010 skyhawk carb choke issue

I just put together the new model skyhawk. It came with a new carb that has an adjustable choke. It also sometimes fails to fire at higher throttle settings. Other times, it takes off like a bat out of hades. I don't understand why it does this. Anyone else had similar problems? If so, how did you fix it?
 
wow im thinking of purchasing the same kit where did you get it from what knid of carb does it have and are you sure its dialed in right does it do it at the same speed or throughout the speed range
