2 Stroke Guys, Fuel Mix Ratio/Oil Brand/Octane Level

I am running 87 octane, 32:1 Blendzall(Castor), What Brand oil do you run? At what mix ratio? What octane gas?

Just curious, I just finished my first gallon of break in fuel at 20:1 and mixed my 2nd gallon at 32:1. Im trying to decide if Im going to 36:1 or 40:1 and higher octane on the next gallon.

Bill,
It's unlikely that you'll see any appreciable performance difference by burning high octane fuel. Your compression isn't high enough for it to make any real difference.
However, your gas station and the oil company will love you for it.

As for oil brand and ratio; you'll get many opinions and the subject has been discussed a lot here. If you use the search feature, keyword/s "2 stroke oil" you'll have plenty to read on that subject.
