1999 Pacemaker and 2005 Pacemaker...

I have two whizzers with the WC-1 motor. One is a 1999 and the other is a 2005. The 1999 on the vaulve cover there r two 90° elbos on it and the 2005 dose not. I confused on where to hook the hoses coming off of the fittings on the valuve cover to.
The 2005 motor dose not have any elbos coming off of it.
Can sum one please explaine wu they r for and where to hook the lines up to. And may b explaine wuts the pourpose of the elbows.

The 1999 was suppose to route the crankcase vent hose to the carb air filter to burn the blowby emissions. But it only spit oil into the air filter and is a bad design.
Change your 1999 crankcase vent and the air filter like your 2005
