These are Whizzer replica kits. The originals have been around for about 80 years and are seen often on vintage Schwinn cruiser bikes. I don't know if this is a quality reproduction kit or not. Around 5 hp should pull you down the road. The originals would and will.

Good question the replica manufacturer did go out of business a number of years back but perhaps others took up the production. I've not heard.
