skyhawk cns v2 carb

I've had this 49cc Skyhawk for a year and had nothing but problems with the CNS v2 racing carb....I'm ready to throw it in the garbage. The cable was cut about 1/2" too long and I've ended up twisting the throttle apart trying to keep it going...has anyone had any luck with the v3? Is the carb...
