Weird sort of rubbing/scraping noise

So I've been breaking in my new engine. This last time I went for a short ride it seems only when I'm pedaling to start the motor I get what I'd describe feels like something is rubbing. I think its coming from the rear wheel but not totally sure. Sort of feels like its possibly coming from the coaster hub assembly. Any ideas what it could be? It is the stock Walmart wheel. It's hard to get a video of it since I have to ride it to get it to happen. Any help is appreciated.

Hey guys just an update. Found what was causing the rubbing, It wasn't my rear wheel or chain. I have one of those spring chain tensioners that bolts to the clutch cover. The tip of the hook part of the spring was scraping the pedal crank as it would pass by it. So I'll probably just Dremel that corner of the crank a tiny bit so it will clear. Problem solved.
