Any 2 wheel device with:
A motor, handlebars, and a floor-board for standing on when riding, AND
The options of having:
A driver seat which cannot interfere with the operator's ability to stand and ride.
The ability to be powered by human propulsion.
Must have a drivers license to operate and helmet.

I will be taking a 50cc pit bike semi auto, and make a motorized scooter, I will design a frame between the front forks and the rear swing arm.
