Pacific Cycle makes the Schwinn trike, Academy sells them, Dax has the motor. The rest is custom built. By Me.

How many teeth on the axle? Just anything I would think between 40 and 48 tooth if those are 26 inch wheels would work just fine. Is it welded on to the axle?
