Need Help with getting my bike to run properly

Hi everyone, I live in baton Rouge Louisiana, and I'm looking for a mechanic in my area who can help me properly mount my kit onto my 2600 Bayside beach cruiser. I'm willing and ready to pay. If anyone can help me find or know someone who can do this please let me know? I've been trying for more than a month to get it done and haven't gotten to ride my bike yet because of all kind of problems I'm having.

With these bikes roadside repairs are inevitable. Learning how to build and fix is what this forum is all about.
