This looks like a case where the guy ran from the cops (felony) then snitched on himself on instagram.

I’ve chastised locals for riding like they own the road— and posting videos of it on youtube. At the moment I’m banned from every local riding group, because the people living in California who are on Facebook tend to be soft skinned pussies.
