Phatmoto Rover Jackshaft Issue/Replacement

Just received my 2022 Phatmoto Rover 79cc. Upon setup, I noticed a significant warp in the Jackshaft Axle (The jackshaft sprocket looks true - the issue seems to be either with the axle itself OR a warped sitting within the bearings.
I complained to Phatmoto about the issue, to which they replied and said they are shipping me a new Jackshaft Kit - problem is, I'm only acquainted with how to remove the Sprocket from the shaft - there are no instructions provided on how to get the shaft and bearings out.
Can anyone provide some help?

Update: Ok, I brute forced it out with a rubber mallet and a 9mm Socket on a metal Rod. Once I got the old Axle out, it was apparent that the axle was bent. This would also account for why it had such poor rotation even when still attached. The bearings look cheap also. Hopefully once I get the straight replacement I can get this all seated properly.
Not sure if the problem occurred in manufacturing, assembly from the factory or during shipping. Beware of this possible issue if you’ve purchased a 2022 Rover.

Bent shafts out of the box (jackshaft, pedal crank, rear axel etc) are not uncommon, with these. Also jackshaft bearings are frequently defective (rough/tight). Wheel bearings are another weak spot. Also forks. Etc. All these things can be corrected with aftermarket parts, but only at considerable cost. Despite the way they're marketed, they're not really complete turn-key bikes - too much needs done to limit common and dangerous failures to a level worthy of 'turn key' marketing, imo.
