Hello I'm kinda new here never really post any threads but have learnt so much from reading other threads on here. I'm trying to figure out what would be a good replacement tank for the stock kit tank. I'm putting it on a 20" occ chopper frame any suggestions would be awesome I am just trying to find out what would be a good motorcycle tank to replace this junk one with. I've been looking at monkey bike tanks. Would anyone know or has anyone tried using these before? I'd really like something with kind of a deep tunnel so it sits down on the frame more. I've been looking at 9L cafe racer tanks as well but it seems they would be way to long and wide. Up for suggestions though any help would be greatly appreciated. I just don't want to waste money on a tank that's not going to look right or be to big. Thanks for any help given.

I've been combing through aliexpress tanks, mostly the black plastic ones with a deep saddle. I would think they would need a 2nd petcock on the the other low point of the tank, then the 2 fuel lines Y to gather before the carb.

most metal tanks look like the saddle gap would be too much on my 1.25" frame, but some of the plastic ones (I think they are motocross tanks) seem to have smaller dimensions more suitable for my bike. but they are generally kinda ugly so I don't know if it's a good swap. ones I've eyed are between $20-$30 CAD with about the same again for shipping

I've never used aliexpress I'll give it a look. I added a seat shim and welded it on and put a banana seat and sissy. That gave me about a little over a ft to work with for a tank. I'm really wanting something like a wasp egg or peanut style tank. That's atleast 1 gallon.
