Ebay sale?

Anyone received their's yet? I'm thinking about ordering just for the parts not a 2 stroke fan but $50 for those parts then sell the motor for a quick 20 & I'll be ecstatic.
 
Tomorrow mine is due, still have no shipping information but that doesn't mean it will not arrive. This is really a strange bunch of auctions and name changes and shipping locations for the same product. Larry

Mine is due to arrive on friday, anxious to see if trotter receives his tomorrow
 
I am in Arizona so we are on west coast time now. I will report and send a picture when and if I get it, so anyone who may be waiting just hold off if you can until I can report in. Larry
 
No delivery yet today. I see there is a review of the item posted from yesterday, hope that is a good sign. I did PM the buyer to ask about the motor and if it was delivered when they said it would be. Larry
 
Good thing you can easily get your money back. Give it a few more days I guess. Was thinking of getting one just to flip a bike real quick...looks like thats not happening.
 
I won't give up for about two more days, we will see what happens. I did message the person who received his and left a review, but I don' know if he bought his at the $50.00 or the $109.00 price. We will see. Larry
 
Another day come and gone, still no motor. Pretty much convinced the $50.00 sale price auction is some sort of scam. If anyone who paid $50.00 on ebay gets their kit please let me know. Larry
 
Haha, now the price is down to $38.00 with free shipping and from a different seller from Orange Texas. Just keeps getting stranger and stranger. Larry
 
Win some lose some, at least eBay will refund you your money. If you had gotten them and this was a one time deal, I would have been kicking myself for not jumping in with you.
 
some folks (like me) may be considering getting out of these - $1 scooters are killing me here

If I had an ebay acct & a way to ship stuff, I might sell out someday.

I just got refund on my attempt to get some of the cheap kits.

Don't you love it when after the fact those really friendly people you love to hear from put their 2 fen in (could never be worth 2 cents at this point) with a really helpful comment like
"Wow, what a surprise that a $50 motor kit was a scam"

Like you said about getting out of low end 2 stroke builds and unloading your inventory. Businesses fold all the time... talented people fail all the time sometimes due to having an uncontrollable sarcastic smart as attitude. Orders get messed up, especially with language barriers. People blindly buy containers and storage units full of inventory and want to make that asset liquid quick. Good on the people that took the terifying gamble on these with the risk of a worst case refund and no product.

Thanks to everyone here that goes out of their way to be helpful. Seriously you guys/gals rock!
 
Rolled the dice on this one! Did get my refund, but i still want to purchase a kit and don't know where best to buy, any recommendations?
 
dunno, past time I ordered new kits myself, but last order didn't work out as planned - I pay extra for them to take parts out of other kits to make kits with parts I like - last time instead of just replacing parts I want, they took whole thin box out and replaced it on some - ended up with 12 kits having old-style mufflers I can't sell, and got one used sprocket and three with crusted rust on them and one kit with no tensioner

I like the CDH motors (their A80 is now called superhawk). but I refuse to hand someone a kit that has parts that cause unnecessary problems.
