I'm new to this site and have a few questions one stupid one is how do I read my messages the second is I have the two-stroke motor I bought a high compression head and expansion chamber 36 tooth sprocket high-performance spark plug in CNS high performance carburetor yet the bike will not go over 30 miles an hour can someone tell me why

What expansion chamber did you get?
What high compression head did you get? Did you check the squish band clearance?

Post a pic of your bike.
"high-performance" spark plug is a joke. Plugs do not add performance.
CNS is not a high performance carburetor as compared to the NT stock carb.
How fast did your bike go with a 44 tooth?

How fast did your bike go with a 44 tooth?
My bike went at least 25 miles an hour prior to that

You should check your squish gap, .025"-.035" is optimum for a 6cc head. Also, those short banana pipes are really not that good, there are much better expansion pipes out there. Does your engine have any 4 stroking anywhere along the throttle range? Also, weight is not a huge factor but how much do you weigh?
