Bike contest, Who picks the winner?

Have a Nerve Springer 3 speed auto, GasBike.net two stroke, Sick Bike Parts shift kit.

The bike is mocked up at this point. Before I brake out my Tig torch and all my toolsssssssss, and try to make the bike look like no one has done any bolt on's. Who picks the winner?

I will do it anyways.
