1937 Ford LED tail light

All you need is a 12vdc power source.

Connect the Negative (-) to the case of the light assembly.

Connect the Positive (+) to either one of the wires.

Power on one wire gives you a tail light and license plate light. The other wire is the brake light.

I recently purchased a 1937 reproduction led tail light to use as..a tail light on my Micagri Mustang GTS

Do I need something else in conjunction to light he LEDs for this particular light?
Just two wires, green and black. I'm kind of at a loss

I can't say for sure in your case, but some, if not most of these early repo Ford units can operate as both brake and tail lights in which case the lamp housing is used as the ground, the black wire for the tail light, and the green wire for the brake light.

Note: the early Ford style tail/brake light on my wife's Sportster is wired this way (I attached a dedicated ground wire to the lamp housing just to be on the safe side).

Well I figured it out finally lol, was over thinking it.
Both green/black are positive, green is the bright brake light, black is running light.
I used the green in this case to the positive terminal, then I ran a black negative from the battery to the frame of the bicycle, works very well.
