Any Baltimore area riders out there?

I am a motorized bicycle enthusiast in Baltimore. My ride is usually parked in front of Hairway to Steven Barbershop in Towson. I'd like to put together a club of riders/builders so we can swap parts, work on bikes together, go on rides, do charity events, hold biking events with other clubs, and possibly hold races once a year.
