Hello, I have gotten great advice lately, How about this one now, I would like to change my sprocket to 40 with adapter, what size do I need? adapter. The bike is a new Swhinn clairmont cruiser 26" shimano 7 speed. thanks

Is this an internal hub 7 speed?

Hello and yes I think it is. bikeberry only has two to choose from. any way it's a regular bike cruiser from walmart 7 speed clairmont swhinn criuser 26"
