Has anyone tried this pipe and thoughts on quality and is it a low mid or high pipe???? TIA

low mid or high pipe?
More like junk pipe.
Pipe is Chinese designed junk, but hopefully cheap.
Very badly designed expansion chamber and I doubt
if it works any better than the stock exhaust.

I agree with MBR, I have one on my bike that I got off eBay for about $40. It gave the smallest amount of torque bumps over stock, but not enough to spend the $40 on. Save your money for something like an SBP or Arrow pipe.

Ah, I just re-read your post and it sounds like you might have already purchased it? If so, go ahead and slap it on. The "quality" is the same as the stock pipe, they probably roll off the same line.

If ur looking for a cheap pipe, i just bought a voodoo from bgf..... 50$ shipped and it increased my low end and throttle respose is better.....

borntofli u have any problems with that going near your leg can you take a pic from like above the bike so i can see how close it is to the frame
 
I made my own from a pocket bike pipe I got at a scooterstore junkpile for 10$

The pipe runs a little close to my leg but nothing I can't adjust to.
Power is a little better especially right where I cruise.
