ok need help carb choke

on my carb yes i got a china girl factrey carb my choke well i can put my choke on to start her and that fine but when i ride down the street it rides up so i push it down now i been useing a rubber band to keep it down is there any thing i can do to fix it with out buying a better carb

Take the air filter off and tighten the nut on the pivot bolt would be the easy answer.
