how to tune my 49cc huasheng engine

Hi there im confused with my 4 stroke 49cc huasheng engine on how to tune it properly. Want I really want to know is what way do you turn the screw to make it rich and what way do you turn it to make it lean.

Inward lean outward rich. Try starting at 1 1/2 turns out then you need to just fine tune it, warmed up. Nice steady purr at idle and then increase rpm with no hesitation and you should be good to go. When adjusting it use small increments and don't be in a hurry.
