Chance to buy 1950 Whizzer.

I've got a chance to buy a 1950 Whizzer motor it is currently on a 60's model Schwinn which is basically scrap, However it has allowed me to see that the motor does run and function. The seller says it is titled as a 1950. Is $800 a fair price for this motor. I am considering mounting it on a 50's model Western Flyer I plan on leaving the Bike and motor in distressed original condition.
 
i think thats a fair price for a running engine and your getting all the brackets and pulleys controls,tank, ect ect,them alone could cost $300 and a title only adds to it,what model engine is it? H,J or 300 series.look for the serial # just below the flywheel and let us know what you have.
 
I'll check the ser # haven't bought it yet, Its not the motor that will cost its all the new shoes the wife will buy to get even!
