Got a Whizzer engine...what frame to use?

Okay fellers (and ladies?).

I bought a new (old stock) Whizzer engine kit. Now I need a frame to put it into to make my BTR. I was originally going to use a Worksman frame, and would modify the frame to fit. Now I'm wondering if there are any vintage bike frames I could buy and use those without modification.

I'm going to be using the Worksman wheels, and a Monark fork also.

Thoughts? Anyone have an old Schwinn or other frame they'd like to sell? Most people I've found on eBay won't ship to Alaska for some stupid-a$$ reason!

You probably know what I would do. Put that Whizzer into a Panther with a cool in-frame tank and beef up the Monark forks for the application. I think someone around here can build you a cool tank and repair the forks properly!
