Just finished my first bike. It's running and going. Few problems: motor chain hits tire and can't seems to start bike with the choke in up position. Any suggestions about the rear wheel rubbing would be awesome! Love it so far and very addicted! Too bad this forum is not iPhone friendly. Hope to talk to more soon.
 
If the chain only rubs a little it will not harm anything.
Some will tell you to try and flip the rear sprocket over to keep the chain off the tire, but chain alignment if far more important.

If you are running 2.25's most will rub slightly.
 
yeah.... can't say that I like that idea of just running it with it rubbing. I would probably first try some washers as shims to slightly move the sprocket out on the wheel to give the chain a little more clearance.
