Looks great!

How did you get the battery to not overcharge?
I applied Scochmo's solution so I hope overcharging is impossible. Besided when litghts are on, they take more power form aku then magneto can give to aku. I dit it few days ago so I can't say anything more for now :)

Sorry for my last forum inactivity, but I have a lot of work on my bike :) I made many changes and a lot of them are still waiting to be done. I changed wheels and front suspension fork. Rear sprocket is in the mechanic workshop to enlarge inner hole diameter. I have to fit sprocket on Sram S7 hub and buy chain tensioner. I want to buy new motorbike grips and integrated switches for lights, horn etc. New electric instalatioin has to be done. I want to place cables inside the bike's frame. So a lot of work, a lot of thinking and a lot of fun :)
I'll place some fotos when I finish.

Hello everybody. My bike is still under construction and work goes slowly, but hopefully goes on. I've got a lot of work to do, but a lot of thing is done. Front suspension and steering is ready to install cables, bars and switches. Wheels are changed, rear gear hub witch switchbox are installed. New mouting rings for main sprocket also. Now I have to make electric installation for headlamls, rear laps and directions.
There are some photos of my bike. Sorry for quality. They are made by cell phone :)

Geez this has to be the most hooked up MB I have yet to see. Great work. I myself can't do anything that nice. Not sure if I really understand the carb mod? Can you explain it a lil better? I really love those mirrors, I would love to get some for my cruiser. And yer gonna have to let me know how well, and if that bike computer is holding up. I have tried three with no success.

Thanks :) Yesterday evening I tried to ride by pedals, becouse kill switch isn't connected yet. Riding position is qiute comfortable. Sram S7 gear hub works well so I have to think better of the shift kit.

The carb mod is a cable for intake lever form carb to lever on handlebar. Easiest way to do that, I think.

Mirrors and switches are from motorbike's parts shop. This cyclocomputer I have to check again or throw away. I've got two of them, and both makes some kind of reset during ride on my bike and motorbike either. At first I thought the engine vibrations are the reason, but i checked it on my MTB and it's also happening. I really want to use it becouse this cyclocomputer has a place for LEDs on PCB near LCD display, so I want to fight for it :)

Outstanding Coval! Truly well done

The cyclocomputer may be resetting due to the ignition and electrical pulses. I can't remember the word or phrase for it but is an easy fix if that is it. Some one will know.

I have been awake way to long. If it is the same on a bike, Think I am

As I sad, it does the same on normal MTB. There is no electric purposes to interrupt it's work. I think it may be some mechanical reason. I'll try to find solution becouse I really care to use it. I want to have backlighted dashboard on my motorbike :)

I'ts almost done. This black plate on handle bar is temporary. I'm looking for some black plastic instead of black painted carton. Now I can start to assemble electronics :) But first I have to find some good looking box to place it at handlebar as a dashboard with all electronics inside and cyclecomputer, power keylock and aku power indicator ontop. Wish me luck :D

Howdy Swireeq, welcome. What Gator said. (Meaning I agree whole heartedly)

Great looking bike.

No need to worry about your English. Americans for large part only speak one language and appreciate the effort it takes. Just saying no worries mate. Post lots of pics of where you ride.
