Hey crazy horse
I am also building a marcagi and i have fabricated the exact same motor mounts that you have.
Does yours tend to flex ? when i put tension on the chain it looks to me like the mounts are flexing a little more than i am comfortable with.
And i noticed you changed your kickstand, i just installed my chain and it is obvious that i will have to go to a differant style.
Is the one on your bike somthing you fabricated ? or is it off of snother bike ?

that is a very nice looking ride

Thanx JOKER

Joker, I used two simpson A-24 strong ties on the front 1 on the rear if you double them up front and rear you'll have very stiff mount for the engine.

As for the kick stand it's the stock kick stand that came with the bike, you say you are building a Micargi Stretch, this Chrome Stretch that I built was a Greenline Stretch Cruiser, the micargi may be a lil different as for the kick stand, and I did not make any adjustment for the kick stand my chain cleared fine. As for the front chain ring I used the 36-tooth which gives you more room for engine clearance!

Hope this helps.

Peace Crazy Horse.

Ok done better gas tank!

This is a Chrome Whizzer gas tank, picture was taken at 2009 East Coast Motorized Bicycle Rally, held September 2009 at Cape Henlopen / Rehobeth Beach Delaware.

Picture was taken on the boardwalk at Rehobeth Beach, Delaware

Peace Crazy Horse.

PS For those that may not know this is a Greenline Stretch Cruiser, almost identical to the American Flyer & Firmstrong Stretch Cruisers!

Yeah, it looks real hot. You're very able to built bikes like this, but i can't see a brake in the front.
In the heavy traffic here in germany today you'll be rethink about this.....

Yes Thomas aka zuendappman, these Stretch Cruisers in heavy traffic are very dangerous without front disc brake, especially when riding into Washington, D.C. at 50 km/ph we have diplomats from 3rd world countries that probably have never drive a car before. I really enjoy riding my bikes in Washington, D.C. and we have a very large European community in the Embassy Row area of Washington, D.C. the Europeans really love the Stretch Cruisers.

Most people in Washington, D.C. go crazy when they see my bikes, they always ask where do you get that type of Bicycle, where can I buy one and how much geld money do they cost, those are the most asked questions.

I'm glad you enjoyed the picture of this Stretch Cruiser, I searched Ebay in Deutschland and found several 1950's Zunndapp mopeds that was cool to see that there are still plenty of them around Europe.

Peace Bis spater Crazy Horse.
