They came out with the motor in the wheel a while back. But I have not seen one yet.

hey I'm not laughing i've had the same thought it should work just fine and be easy to do. go for it deacon let me know how it pulls the big hills.

140cc of total power! Muah-ahaha,

I really hope the price will not be too high. I think that I read somewhere on their page, that it was to be released some time in late 2008.

That invention would have really taken off. Too bad the money dried up, the other major thing that never came to light was that MIT developed electric wheel with the blue tooth technology the Copenhagen Wheel. http://senseable.mit.edu/copenhagenwheel/
