Motorized Bicycle Build #4

1972 Schwinn Varsity (58mm). Put the engine on this afternoon. Rides like a champ. I think I achieved the old motorcycle look but not the board track racer I was looking for (guess I'll try again!!). It's all trial and error. The seat post was the most difficult because it is so small (20mm).When I figure out how to get a good looking 90 degree bend I can set the seat back and down. I may have to go with a solid bar. Then turn the bars down. Overall I'm pleased with the bike...Hope ya'll like it!!

That is a nice bike!!!! I did the 90 degree bend in my seat post by cutting a 45 and rolling it around and welding it back together. It's even held up to my fatt but..........................:D
