How could you miss it? Chad was set up by 7.30 am.

by the very professional company that we have been using
for the last 3 races, Medics On The Ball.
I could get EMT service for less but I am sticking with Medics
on the Ball because they know their stuff and are reliable.
If you need an EMT service I highly recommend them and
thankfully Chad had an easy day watching the races with
only a couple of minor incidents.

No, you can't race a Pro motor in the Amateur Class.
what you have to understand is that "Rome wasn't built in one day"
The races are evolving over time as new riders are bought in and the
classes are too.
A lot of new racers showed up at the last race which was the plan
with all the cool prizes and the separate Amateur Class.
The June 1st race will have three 66 cc 2 Stroke Classes.
Amateur
Intermediate
PRO
Oh,that only works if you're 13? Unless the arrow engine I see in the pic isn't an ARROW motor. I do understand that Rome wasn't built in a day but you mean to tell me no one noticed a 'race' motor on the kids bike? Not only did you say that's what he is riding,but look at the chrome head! Come on! And don't say 'Its too much for one person'. 13 year old kid on a track with adults? Everyone saw that kid,so did you. I know I haven't attended any races but why would I? Racers are allowed to switch bikes at the last minute to avoid embarrassment and kids are in the amateur class with pro motors,but that's not allowed? Well then,what motor/age/bike combo do I need to make the AMATEUR class?

The kids engine was built to be slow & safe for him! He was very slow on the track & definitely racing in the proper class!!
You've never been to a single one of these races, & you've never met anyone of us or seen how good (or bad) we race... All you know is what you see from your computer screen.

I want to come to the races Norm,I sincerely do. But as I already said,what's the point? Neil has made it very clear that his is the one and only racing organization ever. So that means I have to follow his rules,right? How does one do that when there are no 'definite' motor class rules?
And I'm not ripping the kid,I'm ripping the adults that allowed a child on the track with adults.
And wouldn't his drivetrain was built to be slow,not the engine? That is a 4.5hp arrow motor,right? Or is it the 9hp version with a governer?

Matt the 13 year old kid has as much 2 wheel experience than a lot of the so called
adults on the track.
He rides on the motor cross track at Milestone all the time with his 15 and 21 year old
brothers on a CRF150 and gets air.
Matt has been riding for years starting on a 80cc? bike.
However this was his first time on asphalt and he was just getting a feel for his first time
on a motorized bicycle with the clutch and brake together on the left and street tires.
Of course he doesn't have any street riding experience because he is 13.
The Amateur class was totally appropriate for him and his 11th place finish proves that.
M1GP races 5 year old and up with no problems.
His motor is a detuned Arrow motor and totally fine for the class.
I rode that tiny bike and it ain't that fast just really small for me.
It probably makes 3 HP with some good low end grunt.
If you have never been at a race you have no idea what the deal is.

I hope we get some more young riders to race on a very safe track,
wearing all the gear with a pro EMT right there as required by our
insurance.
Matt's motor is:
NOT a 4.5hp arrow motor.
NOT a 9hp version.
It may have a reed on it but it is totally detuned for Matt's first time on
a go kart track.
