So my woodruff key keeps breaking, and not allowing the clutch to engage. Any ideas what could be causing this? It seems that the keys that came with my clutch kit may be just a hair too short. Where would I look for a larger key?
if the slot is not damaged from the keys that broke, a little bit of cold solder can be put in bottom of slot, then new key hammered in tight to make it stick up a bit more
