Whizzer engine repair

I have a "project" Whizzer Panther 2003 and it needs repairs.
The air intake is wet with engine oil and it runs (barely) & badly.
It looks like it needs new piston rings.
Where can I get a service manual and parts for it?

Whizzer used to have a website that has parts and repair manuals.
It won't come up on my computer for unknown reasons.
Search around this site for some great info on diagnostic and repair.

I have the same year panther. You probably need to do a Ne5
Upgrade to it it's probably the valve seat let go and oil is getting through that way. Mine barely ran I did a whole upper end kit and it's good now. Wc 1 motors supposedly had a flaw in the head and that is what was wrong with mine.
