where to buy stator magneto cover gasket?

you could just put a bead of silicone seal around it

Trace it out on a cereal box...…..then cut it out.

You can buy gasket material at an auto parts store, then cut your own gaskets. Easy trick is to color your magneto cover with dry erase marker, then press onto gasket material. It leaves colored imprint in the shape you need for gasket. Then just cut it out with utility knife. Use drill bit for the screw holes.
