wheel liners

I am using Fat Frank tires on my bike. The instructions say use wheel liners that cover the entire inside of wheel edge to edge. I can only find one size and they are quite narrow ( 1 inch ) Can I just use electrical tape? thanks

I use a smaller inner tube that I cut up and stretch over the rim but I have heard of electrical tape. Either way, you can get the width you need, for a 26" wheel, I used a 20" tube. I tried 24" tube but it was too big. With one inner tube you can do both rims also.
